PURPOSE: A recycling method of protection net for building and civil engineering in which polluted protection net is treated by a series of processes to exhibit almost similar level of characteristics to that of the initial shipment, and a continuous automatic treatment system of the protection net for building and civil engineering are provided. CONSTITUTION: The recycling method of protection net for building and civil engineering comprises a humidity expansion treatment process(500) of sufficiently coating water in which a penetration promoter is blended in a humidity expansion treatment tank to promote penetration and decomposition of chemical solution on a protection net that is collected after it is installed on the outer part of a structure for building and civil engineering for several months; a pollutant removing process(510) of deposing and removing dust and oily or viscous pollutants by dipping the humidity expansion treated protection net in a first chemical treatment tank in which surfactant is blended; second chemical treatment process(520) of softening the cement adhered materials by dipping the first chemical treated protection net into a second chemical treatment tank containing an acid aqueous solution, thereby acid decomposing alkaline cement adhered materials, and removing the softened cement adhered materials with a friction material; neutralization process(530) of guiding acid neutralization of the second chemical treatment completed net using an alkaline neutralizing solution; water washing process(540) of removing solid phase foreign materials softened by the second chemical treatment and residual surfactant by uniformly spraying high pressure washing water onto both sides of the acid neutralized protection net; drying process(550) of removing moisture on the surface of the net by blowing hot blast of high temperature to the net after removing foreign materials; recovery treatment process(560) of repairing damaged parts using a net of the same material in case that there are damages on the net structure by checking whether the net is damaged or not after drying process.
