PURPOSE: An MMC(Multi-Media Card) in which a Bluetooth module is embedded is provided to perform a memory function and a wireless transmitting and receiving function by inserting the Bluetooth module into the MMC using an SOC(System On Chip). CONSTITUTION: If a command of a user is received, an MMC interface(210) reads or receives a control signal, a voice signal, and an image signal from an other device. A Bluetooth transmitting and receiving module(240) receives a wireless data message through an antenna, and converts certain data to be transmitted into an HCI(Host Control Interface) packet format with a wireless data message type. A microprocessor(200) stores the wireless data message received through the Bluetooth transmitting and receiving module(240), and receives or reads certain wireless data through the other device connected to the MMC interface(210) and the Bluetooth transmitting and receiving module(240). A data codec(220) compresses and decompresses the received certain data by the control of the microprocessor(200). A memory(230) stores the certain data inputted from the MMC interface(210), and sets use capacity assignment and timing according to the control of the microprocessor(200).
