PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a cap for a truck is provided to safely protect passengers by increasing the strength of a cap mounting bracket. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing plate(130) is combined with the lower part of a cross member(110). The inner side of the cross member is formed in a box shape. The upper part of a cap mounting bracket(120) is combined by laying across a floor panel(1) and the reinforcing plate. The rear part of the cap mounting bracket is combined with a rear panel. Passengers are protected by preventing the transformation of a bracket with the highly combining strength of the cap mounting bracket.
