PURPOSE: Provided is a hair comb made of a mixture of plastic and resin which is flexible and anti-static. The comb is not breakable, soft enough not to harm the skull and does not generate the static electricity. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises mixing and stirring plastic and resin in a ratio of 10:90% for uniform distribution and molding the mixture in a form of a comb, the resin being used for flexibility and anti-static property.
