PURPOSE: A preventing device of noise in a steering angle signal is provided to prevent the noise in the steering angle signal not by connecting a ground of a steering angle detecting unit with a chassis and by connecting with a ground of an ECU(Electronic Control Unit). CONSTITUTION: A ground of a steering angle detecting unit(20) is not connected with a chassis of a vehicle and is connected with a ground of an ECU(22). Thereby, noise is not generated in a steering angle signal. Therefore, the vehicle is exactly controlled by obtaining an exact steering angle from the steering angle signal.
