PURPOSE: A multi-contact type button in a communication terminal is provided to improve a button contact feeling by forming a hollow portion between operation directions and performing an upper and lower operation of a navigation button. CONSTITUTION: A button portion(613) is modified at a downward direction according to a provided external force and is unevenly distributed at its modified degree according to an external operation direction. A keypad lever portion(615) interworks with the button portion(613) to be modified, and has a hollow portion(623) at its internal side. A switching portion(617) is modified according to the modulation of the downward direction of the keypad lever portion(615) to have a recovery force. If the external force operated to the keypad lever portion(615) is attenuated, the switching portion(617) moves the keypad lever portion(615) and the button portion(613) to an upward direction. A PCB(619) has mutually connected contact points when the switching portion(617) is modified to the downward direction.
