PURPOSE: A steering wheel is provided to be comfort and warm by using the electricity. CONSTITUTION: The electricity is generated by running an engine and a generator when a vehicle is ignited and started. An electric wire is induced to a steering wheel and a cover(22) of a handle shaft(21) by using power in a battery. Power is passed through a temperature sensor, a temperature fuse and a manual switch inside a power box. A temperature heater is inserted in a bellows by filling oil or water to maintain a certain temperature. The fuse is shortened when the temperature is over a specific temperature. A recess(17) is formed in the steering wheel. A heat transferring wire(13) is rolled around the steering wheel. A chemical material(19) is coated on the heat transferring wire not to be moved the heat transferring wire and the chemical material. Thereby, a safe driving is performed by firmly grabbing the steering wheel.
