PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a barrier rib of an organic electro-luminescence device is provided to improve reliability of the organic electro-luminescence device by retraining an outgassing effect and controlling a reverse profile. CONSTITUTION: An anode layer(12) of ITO is patterned on a transparent substrate(11). A barrier rib is formed on the anode layer(12) by using different inorganic insulating layers. The barrier rib has a structure of two layers of the first barrier rib(13-1) and the second barrier rib(13-2). The barrier rib has a shape of inverse lozenge. A hole injection layer(14), a hole transporting layer(15), an organic electro-luminescence layer(16), an electron transporting layer(17), and a cathode layer(18) are sequentially laminated on the barrier rib and the substrate(11).
