PURPOSE: A far infrared drier is provided to improve thermal efficiency by insulating heat through a moisture discharge port using a moisture absorbing unit, and to reduce drying time by drying agricultural products with far infrared rays in the drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A far infrared drier is composed of a drying chamber spreading far infrared ray paint; a far infrared heater(8) irradiating far infrared rays from the rear part of the drying chamber; a reflecting plate(9) installed in the rear part of the heater to project heat from the heater unidirectionally; a radiating plate(10) supplying heat to the drying chamber; a blower circulating heat from the radiating plate quickly; and a moisture absorbing unit installed in the upper part of the drying chamber to absorb moisture of agricultural products by far infrared rays and generate far infrared rays. Drying time is reduced, and thermal efficiency is improved.
