PURPOSE: A seat belt buckle for a vehicle is provided to improve appearance and comfortableness by adjusting the buckle of the seat belt with a power train unit according to the body of a passenger, and to reduce impact by using hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt buckle of a vehicle is composed of a buckle(10) formed at the side of a seat cushion(90); a hydraulic cylinder(20) connected to the buckle; a hydraulic pipe(40) integrally connected to the hydraulic cylinder; and a power train unit connected to the hydraulic pipe. The buckle is projected over the seat cushion in drawing a seat belt webbing(80) out. Appearance is enhanced with placing the buckle at the side of the seat cushion, and comfortableness is improved without obstacles in placing the passenger on the seat cushion. Convenience is improved with adjusting the length of the buckle according to the body of the passenger.
