PURPOSE: A method for generating tree structure which detects a management target state of a telecommunication management network is provided to detect a state of a general management target element and an operation state of a total system source. CONSTITUTION: When data are inputted to a PRI block(S101), it is confirms whether a corresponding agent processes the input data(S102). It is judged whether the data are data for generating or deleting a management target(S103). When the data is data for generating a management target, a corresponding identification number is extracted(S104). The extracted identification number is added to an ID file(S105). The ID file is changed to generate a final ID file(S108). An agent parses the final ID file(S109). A parsing process for the final ID file is performed to generate a final management target element(S110). When the data is data for deleting a management target, the corresponding identification number is extracted(S106). Corresponding ID information is removed from a current ID file(S107) to generate the final ID file(S108).
