PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color management server capable of managing the printing quality of a printer based on experience by easily forming an ICC(International Color Constitution) profile for a printer, to provide a color management method and a program therefor. SOLUTION: A reception processing section 23 receives colorimetry information containing one or a plurality of colorimetry data, obtained by measuring a color chart printed by a object printer from a user's terminal 10 via a network 11. A color reproduction characteristic processing section 24 forms an ICC profile on the basis of the received colorimetry information. A state diagnostic processing section 26 diagnoses the state of the printer on the basis of the received colorimetry information and outputs diagnostic results.
