PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator over by which the generation of acoustic noise is reduced, and to provide an optical head having a biaxial actuator, to which the cover is attached, and an optical disk. SOLUTION: In the actuator cover 1, the circular opening 3 of a diameter 3 mmϕ whose center is a position separated by 11 mm from the center of an objective lens to a fixed part 25 is formed on a line vertical to an end edge 8 passing through the center of the objective lens 30 in addition to an opening 2 for the objective lens and an insertion hole 9 formed on the almost rectangular ceiling surface of about 18 mm×25.4 mm of the actuator cover 11 conventionally attached to the biaxial actuator 24. The optical head 20 is provided with the biaxial actuator 24 to which the actuator cover is attached. In the optical disk device 40, the optical head 20 is run. |
