PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a liquid crystal display panel, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: On a gate insulating film for insulating gate pattern, an active layer pattern, including a first impurity region, a second impurity region and a channel region, is formed; and a data pattern including a data interconnection which is perpendicular to a drain electrode, a source electrode and the gate wiring is formed; and an electrode pattern section is formed, which includes a first electrode pattern connected to a drain electrode of a pixel region via a first contact hole of a protective film and a second electrode pattern, which connects a gate electrode of a first transistor and a source and a drain electrode of a second transistor in the peripheral region via a second and a third contact hole. |
