PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for control voltage generation which can generate control voltages with different phase for controlling an electronic device. SOLUTION: A signal having information on the degree of variation in the characteristic level of information for controlling a characteristic function of the electronic device is inputted as an input signal. The input signal is compared with a triangular wave signal generated by a triangular wave generation part 10; and a 2nd driving signal generation part SG1 generates a 1st driving signal and (n)th driving signal generation parts SGn (2>=n>=N, where N is a positive number >=2) generate (n)th driving signals respectively, thereby supplying control voltages with different phase to 1st to (N)th loads o the electronic device.
