PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and a method for coating beads, used for accessories, with a dye solution, which can supply and coat various beads automatically, therefore can produce the coated beads in great quantities. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a rotary belt(1) geared with a plurality of pulleys; a tape for bonding the beads(2) on the outer surface of the belt(1); a bead supplying device(10) arranging and bonding the beads(2) on the tape, which contains a plurality of cavities(12a) to place each bead(2); a solution supplying device(30) supplying the coating solution to soak a part of each bead(2) in the coating solution; a drier for drying the coated beads(2); a bead rolling device(50) containing a rolling plate(51) having a plurality of long partitions(51a) inserted among the beads(2), which rolls the beads(2) on the tape, wherein the rolled beads(2) are re-coated. |
