PURPOSE: A mobile communication control method and a system therefor are provided to separately control whether location registration is achieved, according to contents or states of a previously registered additional service, when the location registration is requested from a mobile communication network of a roaming destination. CONSTITUTION: When an HLR(Home Location Register)(130) receives additional service execution unsupported information from a switch(120) in a network in a roaming destination in response to transferring subscriber information(2-4), it is determined whether the location registration of an MS(Mobile Station)(10) is to be performed on the basis of at least one item of information on an additional service and activation information of the additional service, which are managed by an SCF(Service Control Function)(140). The execution of the location registration is controlled on the basis of a result of the determination(7-9).
