PURPOSE: A buried ladder is provided to simplify installation works and to prevent the waste of a form by excluding perforation works on a form. CONSTITUTION: The buried ladder(21) is formed by fixing a buried fixture(31) buried in a concrete structure into a grip-step(51), wherein the buried fixture(31) contains two fixing pipe fitted to each pipe fixing hole formed on both ends of a connecting frame and welded to a connecting frame, several grip rings interposed to the fixing pipes respectively, and a square panel welded to the other end of the fixing pipe.
