摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system capable of helping mutually among condominiums when occurring a shortage of repair funds. SOLUTION: A server device 10 has a reserve information registering means 12, a receiving means for execution information 13, a determination means 14 and a condominium extracting means 15. The registering means 12 registers information on reserves by period regarding to reserved amounts of the repair funds of condominiums 3 into repair information in a repair information DB(database) 11 storing repair information (building information, repair fund information etc.), from a plurality of client devices 31 connected via a network 2. The receiving means 13 receives repair execution information on execution of repair from a client device 31a. The determination means 14 determines over-and-short of the repair funds from the DB 11 based on the repair execution information. If it is determined that there if the shortage of repair funds, the extracting means 15 extracts one or more condominiums 31b, etc., having the reserved amounts equal to a total of the shortage amounts.
