PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which increases user's convenience, has superior portability, and reduces the burden on the user by structuring an integrated point system by using a portable telephone terminal and a public line and integrating individual services which were available before by companies and systems. SOLUTION: The portable telephone terminal is given customer identification information for identifying a customer for which point services can be provided, the customer identification information is read out by POS terminals installed in a plurality of stores respectively, and information on companies providing different point services, customer identification information, and point information that the customer has are related, registered, and managed, The user p resents member information stored in the portable telephone terminal that the user has and is then provided with the point services that the plurality of point service companies are providing. |
