摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable hole transport layer for an organic electroluminescent display device having surface characteristics suited for all kinds of materials of light-emitting layers and having good interface characteristics with respect to anodes; an organic electroluminescent display device using it; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The hole transport layer for the organic electroluminescent display device is manufactured from a mixture of PEDOT which is a mixture of poly (3,4)-ethylenedioxythiophene and a polystyrene sulfonate, PANI which is a mixture of polyaniline and a polystyrene sulfonate, a substance containing one kind of derivative of aromatic amine, and an organic compound derivative having a predetermined chemical structure. The organic electroluminescent display device is manufactured using the hole transport layer. By providing the manufacturing method, the organic electroluminescent display device can be provided which is thermally stable and efficient and which has increased brightness and a longer life.
