PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a download program of fixed data without directly arranging components to electronic equipment in which a failure occurs after mass production. SOLUTION: A master chip 11 writes correction data 2a to be inputted from an external communication controller 2 in an EEPROM 12 through an external bus 3 and reads correction data 21 written in the EEPROM 12 after system reset. When the data read from the EEPROM 12 is judged as the correction data 21, the master chip 11 replaces a corrected place of the existing program 22 with the read correction data 21 and downloads (uploads) a correction program 23 in a slave chip 13.
