PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently propagate the vibration of a motor having an eccentric weight to a cleaning blade. SOLUTION: The motor 54 to whose output shaft 54a the eccentric weight 63 is attached and the cleaning blade are fixed at a frame supported so as to be freely rocked by a housing. The eccentric weight 63 attached to the output shaft 54a of the motor 54 is set so that the maximum outside diameter Do of the eccentric weight 63 taking the output shaft 54a as a reference is smaller than the minimum diameter Dm of the motor 54 taking the output shaft 54a of the motor 54 as a reference. A case 64 and a cover 59 are set as an absolute minimum, so that the vibration of the motor 54 is efficiently propagated to the cleaning blade. The vibration of the motor is efficiently propagated to the cleaning blade while suppressing applied voltage to the motor and the speed of revolution low, so that sufficient cleaning performance is demonstrated over a long term.
