PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a personal destination or a group destination to be easily input. SOLUTION: A facsimile terminal determines whether a user code has been input or not (step S1, and displaying a destination screen in response, if the user code has input (step S2). The terminal also executes displaying the destination screen according to an initialization, if the user code has not input (step S3). The terminal also determines whether or not a transfer to the personal destination screen or the group destination screen is designated in this state (step S4), and switching to other destination screen, if switching from the destination screen displayed at present to other destination screen is designated (step S5). The terminal also determines whether the destination inputting is completed (step S6) and starting a transmitting process by pressing a start key, when it is completed (step S7).
