PURPOSE: To provide a small, superior waterproofing, and high-quality waterproof connector, capable of surely preventing damages due to the calking part of a terminal for calking an electric wire and a rubber plug to a sealing surface of a terminal housing chamber of a connector housing put in the small relation as to the difference between the inside diameter of the seal surface of the terminal housing chamber and the outside diameter of the electric wire. CONSTITUTION: This waterproof connector 10 seals a sealing surface 12b in the terminal housing chamber 12 by a seal part 22 of the rubber plug 20, by housing a terminal 30 for calking and connecting both the terminal 19c side of the electric wire 19 and a calking connection part 21 of the rubber plug 20 fitted in the terminal 19c side of the electric wire 19, by a calking part 33 in the terminal housing chamber 12 formed in the connector housing 11. The width direction dimension of the calking part 33 of the terminal 30 for calking and connecting the terminal 19c side of the electric wire 19 and the calking connection part 21 of the rubber plug 20, is formed so as to become longer than the height direction dimension of the calking part 33 of the terminal 30.
