PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an installment of a shutter even in a recording and reproducing device in which an optical lens and a recording medium are closely arranged. SOLUTION: An optical head device 10 including an objective lens 11 is provided by being fixed on a supporting member 2 and moved by a driving force transmitted from a head driving motor to a slide rack 4 via a gear 3, thus the optical head device 10 is driven along the radius of a recording medium. Further, a reference shaft 5 is provided between the optical head device 10 and the slide rack 4 on the supporting member 2 and an engaging part 6 is provided at a part opposite to the reference shaft 5 across the optical head device 10. Further, when the supporting member 2 is moved to a prescribed position corresponding to the innermost periphery of the recording medium, for example, driven by the slide rack 4, the engaged part 6 provide at the end part of the supporting member 2 is engaged with an arbitral tilt cam 7. Further, a shutter 8 is provided coaxially with the tilt cam 7. |
