PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive encryption device without the need for a high-speed processing unit, which can employ a conventional inexpensive clock, eliminates an artificial error caused when time setting and allows a transmitter side and a receiver side to easily obtain the same value of a pseudo random number. SOLUTION: The encryption device of this invention for generating a pseudo random number starting from a prescribed constant and using the generated pseudo random number for encryption/decryption is provided with a memory means that stores the generated pseudo random number and a transmitting/ receiving means that transmits/receives the address of the memory means for storing the pseudo random number used for encryption. |
