PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform scrupulous operation with a utilization situation of a member taken into consideration by recording personal information, reservation information, history information, advertisement fee return information and electronic money information on a card of the member. SOLUTION: An information management server 11 is provided with a member information database 113 for recording information about the member, a vehicle information database 114 for recording information about a vehicle, and a member management device 111 and a vehicle management device 112 for performing processing that needs the information recorded in the databases 113 and 114. A central management device 12 connects vehicle information terminals 141 and 151 mounted on a vehicle A (14) and a vehicle B (15) in an information exchangeable manner and also uses the information management server 11 to perform processing procedures needed to rent the vehicles. An external mediating device 13 performs mediation between the central management device 12 and an information device connected to a network 4. An advertisement fee paid by an advertiser group 3 is returned to the member. |
