PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel management system that permits efficient work evaluations. SOLUTION: A commitment on employee's work within an evaluation period is set, and a compensation corresponding to the commitment and a compensation in response to the employee's achievement are set. The commitment is set as a numerical value for each evaluation item, and the achievement ratio is calculated as a numerical value. This system is constituted such that the compensation amount in response to the commitment achievement ratio is clarified, and the achievement improvement is directly tied to the increase of the employee's compensation, so that the employee's willingness for work is improved. In addition, even in the middle of the evaluation period, the employee's progress information can be fetched to acquire the achievement status of the commitment and predicted compensation data or the like at a term end. |
