PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dead space in a printed board as much as possible and to improve the positioning precision of the printed board. SOLUTION: When transport chutes 1 and 2 descend, air pressurized from an air supply source is supplied into a recessed part through a joint 14 and a supply hole 15 made in the transport chutes 1 and 2. Since a space which is hermetically sealed to a prescribed degree is formed by the transport chute 1 or 2, a guide member 12 and the support part 9 of a positioning lever 8, the positioning lever 8 rocks by air on a spindle 7, and a pressing part 10 depresses both end parts of the printed board 4 to a locking part 11 from below. Since the pressing part 10 of the positioning lever 8 rocks along the lower edge part of an opening 13 in the guide member 12 showing the arc like shape of a concentric circle on the spindle 7, the end part of the printed board 4 can be depressed and supported as much as possible.
