摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive a load characteristic of a power system. SOLUTION: A load-drop-out characteristic and an effective-power load characteristic Kpr and a reactive-power load characteristic Kqr at an equivalent load point in a determined load model are derived by determining an impedance R+jX of an equivalent pi transmission line, by a formula (1) in the drawing; determining an admittance Y of the equivalent pi transmission line, by an admittance of the transmission line before applying a contracting procedure, taking a point where the contracting procedure is applied as the transmission end; by determining a ratio of effective power and reactive power of an equivalent load tanθ (Q/P ratio), by a correlation formula of the effective power and the reactive power, using effective power Ps, reactive power Qs and voltage Vs obtained from measuring devices in steady operation, and the impedance R+jX and the admittance Y of the equivalent pi transmission line; and by determining the load model, by deducing an equivalent phase-modifier-installation capacity Qc at an instantaneous voltage drop, using the effective power Ps, the reactive power Qs, the initial value of the voltage Vs at the instantaneous voltage drop acquired from the measuring devices, and the impedance R+jX and the admittance Y, and the tanθ of the equivalent pi transmission line.
