PURPOSE: A high-speed fluid sorting and charging device is provided to sort and charge both ingredients and soup fluid concurrently at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed fluid sorting and charging device comprises a constant volume discharging pump body(3) having a suction port(4) communicating with an opening at the lower end of a container for storing sorted and charged fluid and a discharge port(5) for sorting and discharging the fluid to the container; an inner tube(6) rotatably fitted to the constant volume discharging pump body; a piston slidably fitted into the inner tube; and a through-hole(8) formed in the inner tube. The rotation of the inner tube is interlocked with the forward and backward movements of the piston so that the piston moves backward and charges a specified amount of fluid into the inner tube, if the through-hole in the inner tube communicates with the suction hole of the constant volume discharging pump body, and the piston moves forward and discharges the fluid from the communicated discharge hole, if the through-hole communicates with a discharge hole in a device body.
