PURPOSE: A fan dry coil unit for an air conditioner is provided to smoothly remove sensible heat load flowing in a clean room and reduce load of fan filter units, and easily circulate air in the clean room. CONSTITUTION: A clean room removing pollutants of air in real time and circulating air includes a plurality of fan filter units and a plurality of blower fans for supplying air to the clean room, and a fan dry coil unit(40) installed at a side wall of the clean room for forcibly circulating air passed through the lower part of the clean room through a side wall path to supply air to the plurality of fan filter units, wherein the fan dry coil unit includes cold water inlet and outlet lines(41,42), coils(43), and a blower fan(44).
