PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a disk for developing and inspecting a drive by forming the disk whole average intrasurface reflectance is in the vicinity of 18% or in the vicinity of 30%, in a multilayer phase transition type optical recording medium. SOLUTION: The phase transition type optical recording medium formed by layering a first dielectric layer, a recording layer, a second dielectric layer, a metal layer or an alloy layer and a UV curing resin in this order on a disk like substrate is constituted principally of the optical recording medium having the average intrasurface reflectance of 17% to 19% or 29% to 31%. |
