PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing electronic advertisement for enabling everyone including a system manager, an advertiser, a web page opening person and viewers of the web page to mutually obtain gain. SOLUTION: This system for managing electronic advertisement information is performed on a network such as the Internet through a communication line. A management server 1 accumulates the numerical value of service points for not only a person opening a web page publishing banner advertisements but also viewers of the person opening web page corresponding to a fact that a client terminal 3 accomplishes an advertiser request. An amount corresponding to a numerical value of service points that are charged as a portion of expenses needed to publish an electronic advertisement in the electronic advertisement information management system is calculated for the advertiser. |
