PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize access to a server by the portable terminal of a user. SOLUTION: A file including an operation log to an electronic commerce(EC) server 20 by a portable terminal 16 is transmitted to a support server 14 from the portable terminal 16 by using an agent program given from the support server 14. Then, it is registered in the support server 14. The portable terminal 16 accesses the support server 14 prior to the re-access of the portable terminal 16 to the EC server 20, and down-loads the registered file. Thus, access to the EC server 20 and the purchase of a commodity can automatically be performed by performing a command in the file. |
