SOLUTION: Irregularities are provided to a piezoelectric tube passage 61. An attraction force generated by an electrostatic force between a coaxial flexible piezoelectric body 2 and the piezoelectric tube passage 61 can be reduced by the irregularities provided to the tube passage 61. That is, a frictional force occurring between the piezoelectric tube 3 and the piezoelectric tube passage 61 can be reduced by the irregularities, so that the piezoelectric tube 3 can be moved by a smaller force.
