PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which is simply configured and is capable of applying a sufficient thrust force to a rotor magnet to assure excellent rotation performance. SOLUTION: A pair of projected portions 26 are formed in a plurality of pairs with an interval of 90 deg. in the center angle at the internal circumference of a washer base portion 24a of a thrust washer 24 consisting of a magnetic material as a magnetic attracting force generating member, each extending piece 9 of a lower insulator 6d of stator 6 is respectively held among a plurality of pairs of projected portions, the thrust washer 24 is engaged with the lower insulator 6d, a bending portion of the thrust washer 24 is placed in contact with a circuit substrate 10, and the thrust washer 24 is fixed under the holding condition due to engagement with the extending piece 9 due to both projected portions 10 and contact of the bending portion with the circuit substrate 10.
