PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method which is capable of connecting a flexible printed wiring board nearly at a normal temperature without providing a gold plating or a gold bump on a pad even if a semiconductor, other electronic components or material low in heat-resistant properties are located near a connecting area. SOLUTION: An aluminum wire 3 is previously stitch-welded to the terminal 2 of a flexible printed wiring board, then the terminal 2 of the printed wiring board is positioned to the terminal of a counter board, pressed and connected to it by applying ultrasonic vibrations.
