PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof plug of a waterproof connector, capable of restraining the shaft direction extension of a small diameter part. SOLUTION: This waterproof plug 10 of the waterproof connector can insert an electric wire 28 from a large-diameter part 12, and can project from the small-diameter part 15; an outer peripheral surface 13 of the large-diameter part 12 can be brought into pressure contact with an inner peripheral surface 23 of a cavity 22; an inner peripheral surface 14 can be brought into pressure contact with the electric wire 28; a calking piece 26 of a terminal 25 can calk the electric wire 28 via the small diameter part 15; and a plurality of ribs 17 are arranged along the axis on the outer peripheral surface 16 of the small- diameter part 15.
