PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card adapter capable of surely insulating an operator from a slot and card-like electronic equipment. SOLUTION: An arm part 17R of a chassis 10 of the card adapter 1 is provided with insulation grip parts 18L and 18R, for insulating conductive plates 70 and 71, positioned above and below the chassis 10, from the operator gripping the card adapter 1. Such a constitution discharges static electricity from the operator gripping the card adapter 1 to the slot for installing the card adapter 1 and the card-like electronic equipment attached with the card adapter 1 via the conductive plates 70 and 71 and the other conductive member, so that there is no possibility of breaking these internal electronic circuits. |
