<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question/answer system for providing an exact answer with a uniform quality in a shorter time. SOLUTION: A questioner terminal 10 transmits question information through a network 40 to a question/answer server 30. The question/answer server 30 has a means for receiving the question information from the questioner terminal 10, question/answer database 32 for storing answer reference information, means for retrieving the question/answer database 32 for the relevant answer reference information on the basis of the received question information and means for transmitting the question information and the obtained answer reference information to an answerer terminal 20, and the answerer terminal 20 has a means for receiving the question information and the answer reference information from the question/answer server 30, and a means for transmitting suitable answer information to the question information to the questioner terminal 10 or question/answer server 30 while referring to the received answer reference information. Then, the questioner terminal 10 has a means for receiving the answer information from the answerer terminal 20 or question/answer server 30 through the network 40.</p> |
