<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priority processing method in an Internet system which copes compatible with continuous Internet connection. SOLUTION: In the Internet system coping with continuous Internet connection, log information responsive to an information request, corresponding to a user is collected and/or attribute information of the user is managed. When a measured line usage rate and/or a program usage rate reaches a prescribed value or exceeds it, the log information and/or the attribute information of the user requesting the information is referenced, and the information request of the user is implemented (or postponed), on the basis of the information. Thus, the method provides a priority processing service to users with less frequency of usage or users paying a high basic charge.</p> |
