PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic cell, a design method of the basic cell and a wiring connection method capable of supplying current to a current supply destination cell of the same number as output from a power source having a plurality of the outputs by using a plurality of a kind of the basic cells. SOLUTION: The basic cell 5 provided with wiring supplying current is provided with a plurality of stages of input ends in1, in2 and in3 installed on one end, a plurality of stages of output ends out1, out2 and outl4 installed at a position being symmetrical with the input ends in1, in2 and in3 on the other end, wirings 9, 10 connecting the output ends out1 and out2 of a position deviated under one stage of the input ends in2 and in3, and straight line-shaped wiring 8 extending down to a substantially center position of the lowermost stage.
