PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature fuse device which can aim at facilitation of loading of a temperature fuse part on an electric circuit board and at simplification of processing of the temperature fuse part and the electric circuit board. SOLUTION: The temperature fuse device 40 is provided with a temperature fuse part 41 breaking electric conduction at temperature over a prescribed value and a clip part 45 taking on a U-shaped spring form which can be freely pinched at the edge part 44 of an electric circuit board 26. The temperature fuse part 41 is provided with a tip part 41a which can be adhered with liquid metal on a first terminal 51 making a part of an electric circuit of the electric circuit board, and a base end part 41b, which can be adhered on a second terminal 52 arranged in continuation of the clip part 45 and equipped with a conduction breaking part 53 between the first terminal. The temperature fuse part 41 and the clip part 45 is integrally formed of an elastic material in a bending process.
