PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one endowed with freedom in pulling around wiring, of high productivity, and compact. SOLUTION: The rotation operation type input device uses a flexible board 3, and so, has more freedom in pulling around wiring as compared with the conventional one using only a rigid printed board, resulting in high productivity and more compactness. Moreover, since a supporting member 2 arranged in an opposing state under a shaft member 18, and the flexible board 3 is supported by a support member 2 in a state arranged astride the shaft member 18 from one end side to the other, supporting of the flexible board 3 is surely made. Furthermore, the flexible board 3 is guided from a surface side of the supporting member 2 to the rear side and its part facing a rotating knob 23 is supported at the rear side of the supporting member 2, so that, a thin rotation operation type input device can be provided.
