PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of accomplishing high-speed printing by installing several pairs of photoreceptor units and fixation units in one device, simultaneously actuating several unit pairs and simultaneously printing several pages. SOLUTION: The moving speed of a sheet pulled out of each paper feeding tray 11 to 14 is adjusted on a paper feeding path so as to fit with the speed of the 1st to 4th photoreceptor units 2 to 5. The toner images formed on individual pages by the 1st to 4th photoreceptor units 2 to 5 are transferred on the sheets by 1st to 4th transfer units 6 to 9. Respective sheets with the toner image transferred are carried to 1st to 4th fixation units 110 to 113, then, the toner image is fixed on the sheet. The moving speed of the printed sheet is adjusted before the paper paths from the 1st to 4th fixation units 110 to 113 run together, and the sheets are ejected from a paper ejection part 15 in order of printed data pages. |
