PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform plus charging and minus charging being an information providing fee and an information use counter value and to perform cumulative total processing in each terminal each time while selecting an information provider and an information beneficiary in each objective specification by providing an information mediating system which mediates and delivers only information that fulfills the objective specification out of information transmitted from the information provider to the information beneficiary and also charges the information beneficiary for the information. SOLUTION: This information mediating system provided with a plurality of terminals which have both information sending and receiving functions, or either an information sending or a receiving function through a network, and with an information mediator which has an information mediating function through the network, comprises a terminal selecting function which selects an information provider capable of providing specific information and an information beneficiary to utilize the specific information out of a plurality of terminal groups in each objective information inputted to the information mediator to obtain the specific information with respect to the information mediating function, and an information distribution function which distributes the specific information obtained from the selected information provider, which fulfills the objective specification, to the selected information beneficiary through the network. |
