PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client database preparation system with which a client database can be easily, effectively and inexpensively constructed. SOLUTION: With a campaign application postcard as a data source, described information is fetched as image data, and a date of birth, a postal code and a telephone number or the like described on the postcard are inputted as auxiliary data for roughly specifying a client and registered on a first auxiliary database. Then, the image data of a postcard selectively designated by prescribed selection conditions are found from the first auxiliary database and a name/address described on the postcard is fetched from these image data as personal data identifying the client and registered on a second auxiliary database. Afterwards, the data respectively registered on these first and second auxiliary databases are registered on a master database as client data. |
