PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a names collection system that determines the match of more than one customer information record not including customer identification information for identifying customer to collect names. SOLUTION: The purpose of this invention is accomplished by the names collection system, that determines the match of one or more customer information record not including the customer identification information for identifying the customer to collect names, has a classification means for classifying the more than one customer information record based on segments into which the values of given data items are divided within a given range, a match determination means that determines a match among the customer information records within the same segment classified with the classification means based on a match determination item for which an allowable range is set, and a first grouping means that sets the same first group number for the matching customer information records based on the determination result to group the records, and makes the customer information records having the same first group number the customer information records for which names are collected concerning the same customer. |
